Entwood Stables is situated close to Beaulieu College in Kyalami. Entwood is a friendly, social stable-yard owned and managed by Dave and Heather Turner. We are devoted to giving our horses and riders the best care possible.

Offering horse riding lessons and livery services

Entwood Stables is owned and managed by Dave and Heather Turner who have extensive experience in teaching people of all ages how to become competent horse riders. Dave and Heather offer a safe environment in which you will learn how to ride and how to care for the horses. Entwood Stables teaches you much more than how to do dressage or how to jump. Nervous riders are welcome and problem horses are no problem! If you love horses and want to learn more about riding and caring for them, then Entwood Stables is the yard for you!.

Although I stumbled across Entwood Stables by accident, I soon realised I had found the right place for me. I started riding with Heather and Dave in 2013. They were teaching my two sons, and I decided to treat myself to some lessons. Heather and Dave have many gifts, but their particular abilities to ‘read’ people suited me perfectly. They could see what I wanted: an opportunity to spend time with horses, learn something new, challenge myself, get some exercise and make new friends. They provided exactly that. They are knowledgeable, patient and caring, looking after their horses as well as their clients.
